Track ROI based on transaction type

For any opportunity that is configured to track ROI based on transactions, you can now track these transactions separately based on their status, successful or failed. CoE Manager is now configured to consider successful and failed transactions differently when calculating ROI within its formulae. Tracking the ROI based on transaction type provides an accurate projection of the ROI.

View CoE Manager version in the Admin-Program tab

You can now view the current version of the CoE Manager for any given enterprise. The Admin-Program tab displays the current version of the CoE Manager. This helps in understanding the features, their defined granular RBAC controls, and troubleshoot issues.

What's changed

RPA Admin to update how process is measured
An RPA admin can now update how a process is measured (# of times performed or # of records processed) when the opportunity is in one of the following stages:
  • Idea
  • Pipeline
  • In-Progress
Enhancements to CoE Manager user interface
The following changes have been made to the CoE Manager user interface to improve user experience and promote production adoption.
  • The buttons to create business unit, opportunity source, automation activity type, and applications are now replaced by a plus icon at the table level for these sections.
  • An in-row edit icon is provided to edit the table entries of opportunities.
  • Opportunity intake form is now seen within the CoE Manager window and is not opened through a separate tab.
