Highlights of this release

Here are the top features in the v.31 release:

Generative AI features
  • Automator AI: Empower developers with an on-demand AI-powered automation assistant, exclusively available for our Cloud customers. Customers can harness the power of AI to:
    • Build automations quickly with natural language processing

Describe your automation goals to Automation Co-Pilot and let it transform your ideas into automations that will speed up the development cycle.

    • Auto-complete automations using next actions

Receive AI-driven, real-time suggestions for the next steps in your automation workflow, empowering developers of all levels to create faster and more efficient automations.

Important: These features will be available with the Cloud rollout for Automation 360 v.31 release.

These features require purchasing an additional license. Contact your Automation Anywhere account representative for more information.

      See Automator AI.

  • Document Automation

As we continue to expand our document automation capabilities with generative AI, customers can now easily extract data from invoices and custom documents. This feature can be used to query and retrieve data from form fields when used with Automation Anywhere as the extraction provider.

See Document Automation data extraction using generative AI.

Enterprise Platform: Unlock automation excellence
Enterprise Platform, an advanced iteration of our core automation solution, is equipped with enterprise-grade features for process, API, governance, and security. Modernize automations with API Tasks, and leverage features such as testing your API Tasks for coding best practices, exporting automations dashboard data to analyze, and storing your global cache data for more than 30 days.

See API Task | Configure and assign code analysis policy | Export Automation data | Configure global cache settings.

Note: For more information about this platform, contact your Automation Anywhere account representative.
API Tasks: Efficient automation with near real-time responses
Run your automations exclusively in the Cloud, seamlessly integrating with SaaS applications and API endpoints. API Tasks provide near real-time automation responses, minimizing wait times. Save on costs with no on-premises infrastructure expenses for Windows or VMs maintenance. API Tasks are easy to build, can be integrated into processes and forms, and accessed by business users via Automation Co-Pilot in enterprise applications. You can also generate consumption-based reports, alerts, and dashboard widgets for API Tasks, gaining valuable insights and monitoring capabilities.
Note: This feature is available only for AWS environments and requires purchasing an additional license. Contact your Automation Anywhere account representative for more information.

See API Task.

Comprehensive automation coverage for Citrix XenApps
Our Automation Success Platform now supports XenApp-powered virtualization of end-to-end automation infrastructure, including virtualization of the Control Room. Customers can now perform reliable object-based automation of business applications running on remote devices even when those are accessed from a virtualized Control Room.

See Recorder package.

Enhanced security
Ensure compliance and secure access by using OAuth2 based authentication when granting users access to automate Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace applications. Users can set up an OAuth2 connection in the Control Room and consume the same OAuth2 connection in each of these applications for user authentication.
