Components

API Task
An application programming interface (API)-based cloud automation solution to facilitate data exchange between disparate systems and applications quickly. An API Task provides near real-time automation responses, minimizing wait times. It can be integrated into processes and forms, and accessed by business users via Automation Co-Pilot in enterprise applications.

See API Task.

Automation Command Center (ACC)
The Automation Command Center home page provides comprehensive visibility, actionable insight, and oversight capability into all aspects of your automation environment. Through personalized dashboards, ACC enables you to quickly gain an understanding of and easily view operational details and metrics for scheduled automations, automation run status, and license and device utilization.

See Automation Command Center.

  • Bot Insight: The analytics platform that provides real-time, interactive, and smart insights about business processes and operational intelligence. Bot Insight uses the large amount of content-level and productivity data that the deployed bots generate and translates the data into insights through automatically generated and customizable dashboards.

See Business analytics through Bot Insight.

Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users
Automation Co-Pilot is an easy-to-use interface that enables business users to collaborate with automations. Users can start process automations, provide feedback to automations to resume processes, and escalate requests to additional users for downstream processing. Automation Co-Pilot enables the enterprise to unlock new automation opportunities between humans and automations that RPA could not previously address.

See Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users.

Automation Workspace
A web-based workspace that provides the tools and capabilities to create, upload, and deploy automations for repetitive tasks and processes. Some of the features available include:
  • Control Room
  • Automation editor or canvas to build automations
  • Bot Runners
  • Bot Creators
  • Credential Vault
Automation Workspace provides the following capabilities:
  • Develop, manage, schedule, and execute automations
  • Manage users through Active Directory role mapping
  • Manage workload (large number of Work Items)
Automator AI
A suite of on-demand, intelligent automation capabilities that enable developers to build enterprise-grade automations using the power of generative AI. Automator AI is a comprehensive orchestration framework that uses multiple GPT models specialized in automation creation. These models serve as agents, capturing pertinent information about ongoing automations and the customer environment. The framework delegates tasks based on the requirements of the customer request, generating personalized automations.

See Automator AI.

Bot Store
Online marketplace for ready-to-deploy automation and plug-and-play integrations to help automate complex business processes quickly. Access Bot Store directly from the Control Room to download or submit bots and packages.

See Bot Store.

CoE Manager
A Cloud-based solution powered by the Shibumi platform to provide visibility into the end-to-end automation lifecycle and manage automation pipeline and delivery. It helps scale automation programs quickly and efficiently, while maximizing the value realization from the investment in your automation program.

See CoE Manager.

  • CoE Manager Plus: CoE Manager Plus supports all capabilities of CoE Manager and additionally provides advanced capabilities, customizations, and integrations to optimize your automation program performance. You can track transaction-level ROI metrics and capture key insights, regardless of the platform you use.

    See CoE Manager Plus.

Connector Builder
A no-code tool that enables you to create custom connectors for various web applications or services that use APIs and use these in your automations. A connector is a package that connects the Control Room with any application via APIs and can perform one or more operations in that application.

See Connector Builder.

Document Automation
A Cloud-native, intelligent document processing solution that is integrated into the Automation 360 platform to automatically read and process documents using pre-trained models and validation feedback. With AI-powered intelligent document processing connected to automation, you can quickly extract and embed document data into the flow of work.

See Document Automation.

  • IQ Bot: An intelligent document processing solution that can read and process various complex documents and emails. IQ Bot combines RPA with multiple AI techniques to intelligently capture, classify, and extract semi-structured and unstructured data, allowing document-centric business processes to be automated end-to-end.

    See Automation 360 IQ Bot.

Process Discovery
An intelligent business solution that delivers a real-time, data-driven map of your business to help you uncover transformational process insights across all applications, through each department, and for every single task. Process Discovery follows the human instead of process logs by using advanced computer vision, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to capture every step in every process across every system. It requires zero integration, is universally compatible, and provides the privacy and security of an on-premises solution.
See Process Discovery.
  • Privacy Enhanced Gateway (PEG): Using Privacy Enhanced Gateway, enterprises can confidently execute on their strategic business initiatives by filtering their sensitive data in a secure and scalable manner. PEG works by redacting sensitive data that has been obtained on customer's machines within their own network before forwarding the data to the Process Discovery cloud for analysis. As all traffic from the agents goes through PEG before leaving the customer's perimeter, PEG removes personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive data.

See Getting started with Privacy Enhanced Gateway.
