Note: For information on managing unexpected pop-ups during automation execution, see Configure pop-up handling.
  5. In the Bot execution recording field, clear the Store bot execution recording check box.
The Store bot execution recording is enabled by default and the automations that are executed in Automation 360 are recorded. You can use the following options to further set the recording settings:
    • Only failed executions: Is the default setting and can be used to record the last 5 minutes of failed automations.
    • All bot executions: Last 5 minutes of all the automation executions are recorded.
  6. Use the Recording duration field to change the default duration of the automation execution.
By default, the last 5 minutes of automation executions are stored and you can only reduce the time duration to a value lesser than 5.
  7. Use the Storage details field to change the default timeline for storing the recordings.
Recordings are stored for a maximum of one week or 7 days by default. However, you can increase the number of days to a maximum of 30 days or one month.
  8. Click Save changes.
The automation executions are recorded based on the settings you have configured in the Resiliency Settings section.
