Delete a request

An Co-Pilot User, Co-Pilot Manager, or Co-Pilot Admin can delete requests that are no longer required. Deleting requests helps clear the memory space. You can also recover a deleted request if necessary.

Prerequisites

Ensure you have completed the following:

  • Assigned a system-created AAE_Robotic_Interface User role for the Co-Pilot User.
    • OR AAE_Robotic_Interface Manager for the Co-Pilot Manager.
    • OR AAE_Robotic_Interface Admin role for the Co-Pilot Admin.
  • You must have a license and log in as the Co-Pilot User, Co-Pilot Manager, or Co-Pilot Admin.

Open requests can be deleted if they are part of a public process by changing the process settings. Image demonstrates where in the interface to find the option to allow open requests to be moved to recycle bin.

  • An Co-Pilot Admin can delete any request. Requests that are in Cancelled, Failed, or Completed status can be sent to the recycle bin by other users.
Note: The Co-Pilot Admin is the only user who can permanently delete requests.
  • The Co-Pilot Manager can delete requests of the team for which they are the owner.
  • The Co-Pilot User can delete only the requests they have created.
Important: Files that are associated with a process are deleted when the request is deleted or are automatically deleted after 90 days.
