When you uninstall Version 11.3.1.10 patch, ensure that you unmap the CyberArk credentials before you uninstall the patch.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Control Room.
  2. Select Administration > Settings > General > Control Room Database and software, and disable the database connection if it is enabled with the external key vault (CyberArk).
  3. Disable the external key vault (CyberArk) connection for Active Directory and Email settings if these are enabled.
  4. Go to the External Key Vault setting, select the No External Key Vault option, and click Save changes.
    Rhe CyberArk key vault connection with the Control Room is disabled.
  5. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > View installed updates , select Automation Anywhere Enterprise Update 11.3.1.10, and click Uninstall.
  6. Click Confirm in the dialog box and then click OK to uninstall Version 11.3.1.10.
