Enterprise 11 Control Room prerequisites
Verify the hardware, software, and configuration required to install Control Room. Confirm the data center is configured to support the Control Room and its functions.
The Control Room is installed on servers in a data center. The servers can be physical or a virtual machine as an instance with a cloud provider, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.

- Hardware requirements
- The Control Room is deployed on servers in data centers. The Enterprise Client is deployed on any device that runs the supported operating system. The minimum Automation Anywhere hardware requirements include: server, machine, processor, RAM, disk storage, and network.
- Operating system and platform compatibility in Enterprise 11
- Control Room and Enterprise Client both are installed on machines with supported operating systems. The Control Room and Enterprise Client tables list the supported Windows versions.
- Dependencies for supported services
- Control Room and Enterprise Client have additional third party requirements depending upon the Automation Anywhere Enterprise options you choose. Some are optionally installed with Automation Anywhere Enterprise deployment. Some require an Automation Anywhere specific plug-in.
- Enterprise 11 credential requirements
- Login credentials are required at different stages of the Automation Anywhere Enterprise deployment and use. Credentials are required for installation and data center servers, access to Automation Anywhere Enterprise components, and to run tools in bots.
Data center requirements
- Enterprise 11 database requirements
- For Oracle Database, one instance of the database with two separate schemas of the same database are required. For Microsoft SQL Server, two databases on the same instance of the database server are required. View the list of supported databases, database server type, version, hardware, and operating system requirements, and database backup and recovery requirements.

- Enterprise 11: Load balancer requirements
- View the load balancer requirements for Automation Anywhere installation. This includes load balancer minimums, and both TCP and HTTPS layer load balancing requirements.

- View the default and configurable firewall, port, and protocol requirements for Automation Anywhere deployment.
- Version control requirements
- Optionally, install a version control system (VCS) suitable to your environment, enable the installed VCS for a repository from the Control Room and use the version control features using the respective Enterprise Client.

- Supported browsers are used to access the Control Room. In the Enterprise Client, build bots with tasks that use a supported browser. Automation Anywhere Enterprise provides browser-specific plug-ins.

- To plan your deployment capacity and performance, understand the requirements, limits, and defaults that determine the number of simultaneous bots, user sessions, and processing rates.
