Silent installation update

You can perform silent update to the Enterprise Client.

Prerequisites

Complete these tasks before updating.
  1. Create a response file, see Create a silent install response file.
  2. Perform a silent Enterprise Client installation, see Silent installation response file.
To update a silent instllation Enterprise Client.

Procedure

  1. Locate the Enterprise Client patch.
    D:Data\Setup\Automation_Anywhere_Enterprise_Client_<version>.exe
  2. Execute the Enterprise Client patch with the /s, /v, and /qn option from Windows Command.

    D:\Data\Setup>Automation_Anywhere_Enterprise_Client_<version>.exe /s /v"/qn"

    The patch now updates the Enterprise Client version silently
  3. Search Apps & features from the Microsoft Windows start menu.
  4. Click Automation Anywhere Enterprise Client 11.3 to view the current Enterprise Client version.
