Troubleshooting Bot Insight installation
When installing the Control Room, you can encounter an issue with accessing the dbutility.jar file.
- Uninstall the Control Room.
- Delete the Automation Anywhere folder in the C:\Program Files directory.
- Delete the Automation Anywhere folder in the C:\Program Data directory.
- Delete the data in the Bot Insight and Control Room databases.
- Delete the files in the C:\Temp folder directory.
Reinstall the Control Room.
The issue will not occur when reinstalling the Control Room.
