Log in to Automation Anywhere for Google Workspace
Log in to the Control Room from Google G Suite Sheets using the Automation Anywhere Automation Anywhere for Google Workspace add-on.
Prerequisites
Complete these steps:
- Install Automation Anywhere for Google Workspace add-on—Installs the Automation Anywhere for Google Workspace add-on to Google G Suite Sheets.
- Create the Automation Anywhere for Google Workspace required users. Create users for Automation Anywhere for Google Workspace
- Log in to Control Room to create Task Bots, as needed. Then log out of the Control Room.
To run and manage bots from Google G Suite Sheets, using the Automation Anywhere for Google Workspace add-on:
- Establish a connection to the Automation Anywhere Control Room.
- Log in to the Google G Suite Sheets app using your Gmail user login
credentials.
The add-on supports only form-based authentication. AD and SSO authentication is not supported.
Note: You cannot use the same login account to log in to more than one Automation Anywhere for Google Workspace component or application at the same time. You
have to toggle between the Control Room and the Google G Suite Sheets app. Log in to one, then log out, and log in to
the other.
