The Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) is an in-house team/department that analyzes the automation requirements of the organization based on the required business outcomes and formulates the enterprise automation blueprint, implementation, and rollout plan accordingly. This team complies with enterprise automation best practices, provides research support, and is the enterprise automation subject matter expert in the organization.
