|Uninstalling the Human-Bot Collaboration Server does not remove
the related folders
If you update the Human-Bot Collaboration Server Version 11.3.4 to Version 18.104.22.168 and then uninstall the update, the related files and folders are not removed.
Workaround: Ensure that you uninstall the Human-Bot Collaboration Server completely (including Version 11.3.4). If the issue still persists, remove only the kapi, khub, kid4, and koda files from the following directory: %programdata%/AutomationAnywhere/Human-Bot Collaboration/Server
