硬件要求

确保您的 macOS 设备符合安装 Bot Agent 的以下最低要求：
  • 操作系统版本为 14.7.2 或更高版本。
  • 芯片版本是 Apple silicon 版本 M1 或更高版本。

    当前不支持基于 Intel 的芯片组。

  • 可用于安装 Bot Agent 的磁盘空间为 500 MB。

Control Room 安装

Control Room 为数字化劳动力提供集中管理，并部署在数据中心的服务器上。 请确保查看在 On-Premises 服务器或通过 Cloud 服务提供商实例的数据中心中安装 Control Room 所需的安装核心任务。 有关更多信息，请参阅 安装 Control Room On-Premises。
注： 如果您正在将 Automation 360 从 v.34 或 v.35 升级到 v.36，并且使用三节点集群设置，请确保所有节点上的所有 Control Room 服务（Automation Anywhere Elastic Search Service 除外）均已停止。

Bot Agent 安装

Bot Agent 是一个轻量级应用程序，通过将其连接到 Control Room，使您能够在设备上运行自动化。 确保已在您的 macOS 设备上安装 Bot Agent。 有关更多信息，请参阅 。

支持的浏览器和扩展程序

浏览器使您能够访问 Control Room 并将 Bot Agent 下载到您的 macOS 设备。 目前仅支持 Google Chrome 浏览器。
注： 当您尝试从不受支持的浏览器（例如 Safari）访问 Control Room 时，会显示错误。

安装 Bot Agent 时，系统可能会显示提示，要求安装用于自动处理网页应用的 Automation 360 扩展程序。 确保您安装并启用此扩展程序。
