Verify Human-Bot Collaboration services
After you have verified the Microsoft Windows services, ensure that all other necessary or dependent services are installed by the Human-Bot Collaboration Server installer.
Procedure

Ensure the following Microsoft Windows services are installed:
Service name Description Automation Anywhere Human-Bot Collaboration API Service Receives and processes the Human-Bot Collaboration API requests. Automation Anywhere Human-Bot Collaboration Messaging Service Manages Human-Bot Collaboration hub messaging. Automation Anywhere Human-Bot Collaboration OData API Service Receives and processes the Human-Bot Collaboration OData v4 API requests. Automation Anywhere Human-Bot Collaboration Proxy Service Receives all incoming HTTP and HTTPS requests for Human-Bot Collaboration, and forwards to the correct service. Automation Anywhere Human-Bot Collaboration Security Service Receives and processes authentication and authorization requests. -
Verify the available ports:

The default ports for the Human-Bot Collaboration Server are:
- Message Service: 5003
- API Service: 5005
- OData API Service: 5006
- Security Service: 5004
- Verify the Control Room ports.
Control Room ports, protocols, and firewall requirements
Note: Conflicts might occur when two of the same ports are installed for the Human-Bot Collaboration Server and the Control Room. Only one port is usable at a time. Ports are configurable in the Server Manager console and you can verify all the used ports by running thenetstat -abno
command.
