Automation 360

Review the fixes in AI Agent Studio for the v.42 release.

Fixes

Removing an automation, such as an API Task, from an AI Agent Tools configuration now correctly updates the automation's dependency record in the repository. Previously, as noted in the v.41 release limitations, the removed tool continued to appear as a dependency in the repository, which prevented the automation from being deleted even though it was no longer used as a tool.
An AI Agent deleted from the Control Room is now also removed from the Processes screen in Co-Pilot. Previously, deleting an AI Agent from the Control Room removed it everywhere except the Co-Pilot Processes screen, where it remained visible.
When an older version AI Skill is selected as a tool in AI Agent and re-saved, the warning message now correctly disappears from the Tools configuration panel. Previously, as noted in the v.41 release limitations, the warning message did not automatically disappear after re-saving the AI Skill, requiring you to remove and re-add the tool as a workaround.
When you create a Model connection and select Automation Anywhere in the Choose a vendor field, the Choose a type field now consistently shows Standard, so you can configure the connection. Previously, as noted in the v.41 release limitations, the Choose a type list sometimes appeared empty and the Standard option did not display, which prevented you from configuring the connection. In other cases, Standard appeared already selected, so the behavior varied.
