Review what's new and changed in CoE Manager v.41 release.
What's new
| Configurable ROI
display in CoE Manager
reports You can now control how ROI (Return on Investment) data is displayed in CoE Manager reports. A new global admin setting at the program level lets you choose whether forecasted and realized benefits appear as currency values, man hours saved, or both. If you choose both, you can set which metric appears as the primary value and which as the secondary. This is useful for organizations that consider financial data sensitive and prefer to share ROI in terms of time saved instead. |
| New
Pipeline Prioritization chart on Idea dashboard CoE Manager now includes a new Pipeline Prioritization bubble chart on the Idea dashboard that helps admins identify which opportunities are ready to advance to the Pipeline stage. The chart plots each Idea-stage opportunity based on its age (calendar days since submission) against the number of completed basic configurations, giving a clear visual of how long an opportunity has been waiting relative to how ready it is. For process-type opportunities, configuration completeness is calculated from the average values at the process level across all process components |
| New
Configuration completion progress bars CoE Manager now displays configuration completion progress bars within the Details tab of each opportunity, giving users an at-a-glance view of how much configuration is completed at each stage. |
| Strategic
Goal chart for deployed opportunities in CoE Manager CoE Manager now includes a spider chart in the Deployed tab that visualizes how deployed opportunities contribute to your organization's strategic initiatives. The chart plots the summed percentage alignment scores of all deployed opportunities across the five strategic goals configured for your organization, giving you an at-a-glance view of which strategic objectives are being addressed by your automation. As new opportunities move into the Deployed stage, their alignment scores are automatically added to the chart. |
| Integrate
Activities with Jira for bidirectional updates You can now link Activities in CoE Manager to Jira work items for seamless project management. At each opportunity level, you can configure a connection to a specific Jira project ID. Within each opportunity, every Activity you create can be mapped to a Jira work type such as an epic, story, or bug. Once linked, status updates flow bidirectionally. Changes made in Jira are automatically reflected in CoE Manager, and vice versa. This eliminates the need to manage project progress in two separate places, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistent, up-to-date tracking across both platforms. This feature is available for CoE Manager Plus customers. |
|
Change Request integration with Jira sub-tasks You can now link Change Requests in CoE Manager directly to Jira work item sub-tasks for streamlined project management. After it is linked, status updates flow bidirectionally between CoE Manager and Jira, so any progress updated in one tool is automatically reflected in the other. This eliminates the need to manage project updates in two places, ensuring consistent tracking and reducing manual effort across your automation pipeline. This feature is available for CoE Manager Plus customers. |
