CoE Manager Plus - Integrate with Cloud Control Room - You can integrate the CoE Manager Plus with the Cloud Control Room to monitor your automations and calculate the savings achieved. There are no limitations on the number of Control Room instances you can link to with one instance of CoE Manager Plus.

You can integrate the CoE Manager Plus with the Cloud Control Room to monitor your automations and calculate the savings achieved. There are no limitations on the number of Control Room instances you can link to with one instance of CoE Manager Plus.

Procedure

In the Control Room, perform the following steps:
1. Create a custom role with View everyone's activity and Generate API-Key permissions.
2. Create a user and assign the custom role created above.
3. Generate API Key for the user.

In the CoE Manager Plus, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to Integrate tab.
2. Click the plus icon to add the automation integration.
3. In the Create Control Room Integration screen, provide the following details:
  1. The Parent field has the name of your CoE Manager instance by default.
  2. Select Automation Anywhere in the Vendor field.
  3. Provide a name for your integration.
  4. Click Create.
4. Click the newly created integration and select the Hosting Type as Cloud from the drop-down list.
5. Select the ROI Sync Mechanism as Pull from the drop-down list.
6. Provide the following vendor details.
  - Enter the vendor URL.
  - Enter the username in the Vendor Username field.
  - Enter the API key in the Vendor API Key field.
  - Click Save.
    The Enabled column automatically changes to Yes when you save the URL, username, and API key.
7. Click Verify Credential in the Verify Cloud CR Credentials field.
8. Click Refresh Auth Result
  The status of your authentication is displayed in the authentication results. If authentication fails, provide correct credentials and try again. If authentication is successful, the Sync Cloud Data option is enabled.
9. Click Sync Cloud Data to immediately sync your data from the last two days.
  
  Note: If you do not use the Sync Cloud Data option, the enabled integration automatically pushes all the bot execution and transactional data from the Cloud Control Room to the CoE Manager every four hours. Each push includes the current day's data plus the previous day's data in full. This overlap of data is done to ensure there are no data gaps in case of API call failures. All duplicate data is automatically corrected in the CoE Manager before publishing them on the dashboards.
10. To configure the data sync frequency, provide the following details:
  1. Select a Start Date and End Date for the sync time window.
    Note: The maximum sync window allowed is one week per data sync to prevent exceeding threshold limits and to maintain system performance.
  2. Click Sync Cloud Data to sync your data for the selected time window.
  Note: If you do not use the Sync Cloud Data option, the enabled integration automatically pushes all the bot execution and transactional data from the Cloud Control Room to the CoE Manager based on the configured sync frequency. All duplicate data is automatically corrected based on the date-time stamp in the CoE Manager before publishing them on the dashboards.
