You can integrate CoE Manager Plus with the Blue Prism automation environment to monitor your automations and calculate the savings achieved. There are no limitations on the number of Blue Prism automation environments you can link to with one instance of CoE Manager Plus.

Procedure

  1. In the Blue Prism environment, create your automation.
  2. Link automation from Blue Prism instance to your opportunity in CoE Manager Plus.

  3. In the CoE Manager Plus instance, add automation integration.
    1. Navigate to Integrations tab.
    2. Click the Plus icon to add automation integration.
    3. The Parent field has the name of your CoE Manager Plus instance by default.
    4. In the Vendor field, select Blue Prism from the dropdown.
    5. In the Name field, enter a meaningful name for the integration.
    6. Click Create.
  4. Click the newly created integration and select Push for ROI Sync Mechanism.
    Selecting pull automatically reverts to push, as push is the only available mechanism for this integration.
  5. Use GraphQL APIs to complete the integration.
