Administrators can create GDPR reports for specified users.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have the View and manage compliance reports permission.
Note: The Compliance reports option is available only on Cloud deployments. For On-Premises deployments, this option will be unavailable as the data is owned and managed by the customers.

About this task

Personal information, such as passwords and security questions with answers, are masked in GDPR report output.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Compliance reports.
    List of existing reports is displayed.
  2. Click Create GDPR report.
  3. Click Choose.
  4. In the Choose a user dialog, select a user and click Choose.
  5. Click Create GDPR report.
  6. On the Compliance reports page, click the three-dot menu (three-dot menu icon) icon against the GDPR report you want to download and click View GDPR report.
  7. On the GDPR report page, click the download link.
    If the report is not downloaded automatically, you can click the download link on the Download GDPR report page to download the report manually.
