Automation 360

The audit log records user activities in Automation 360. Users with the View everyone's audit log actions permission can view the audit events logged for every interaction.

The Audit log page displays a read-only table of records of actions that users perform. You can search and export these records. Audit logs include both Successful and Unsuccessful actions.

Actions

The following actions are available on the Audit log page:

Time filter
Select a preset time filter or configure a custom time filter to view log entries from a specific period. The default time filter setting is Last 24 hours.
Note: In the custom time filter for Cloud Control Room instances, the maximum allowable date range for filtering audit logs is 180 days. Although the server retains data for a longer period, this limit ensures optimal performance with large data sets while offering flexibility for custom date searches. If the selected date range exceeds 180 days, the system automatically adjusts the start date to fit within this limit.
Search
Search the records. Select additional search filter criteria from the drop-down menu.
Tip: To search the exact phrase, enclose the search phrase within double quotes (for example, "Taylor-Finance-564").
Note: If a search string contains multiple special characters, you might not get the results as expected.

Audit log search with filter options

Export to .csv
Export the data to a CSV file based on filters, selections, or both.
Note: You can export up to 100,000 audit log records at a time. An error appears if you try to export more. You can apply filters to modify the number of records that you export. Use the Checked items or Filtered items options under Export to .csv (Export to .csv) option to export the records.
Refresh
Refresh the table to view the latest log entries.
Customize columns
Show or hide specific columns.
View
To view details of a table entry, hover over the vertical ellipses (vertical ellipses icon) icon next to the entry you want to view, and click View event details (view icon) icon.
