Add queue owners who can create, edit, and view queues.
Before you begin

Ensure that you are logged in to the Control Room as the administrator.
- Ensure that you have one of the following permissions.
- Create queues
- Manage ALL queues
- Import queues
About this task
The queue creator is the default queue owner and is able to add other Control Room users as queue owners, if required.
Procedure
- Select user(s) from the Available Users list from the Owners tab.
- Click the right arrow (→) to add your selection.
- Click Next.
