The tab enables you to search, view, and run previously created automations. It displays all the activities that are either completed, failed, or timed out.
Overview
The Historical tab lists all the completed automation activities in the Activity table. It allows you to define a time-based filter to search and filter the activities. You can also search the activities based on the search parameters available in the Search parameters drop-down. The following search parameters are available:
- Status
- Automation type
- Activity name
- Automation name
- Device
- Run as user
- Activity type
- Team/Role
- Priority
You can also view the automation logs in the Historical tab. If you use the Log to Server action with Control Room as the logging repository, the Logs tab in the activity details page displays the logs.
- The Historical tab shows multiple workload automation entries equal to the number of devices if the work items added to a queue are less than the number of devices available in a device pool. For workload automation details, refer to the View queue details page on the actual user device on which you deployed the workload automation.
- The Historical tab displays only the bots that are processing the work items, while each bot deployment can include multiple work items processed as one activity.
