Expand the scope of automation to additional business processes by submitting the process definition document as an opportunity in CoE Manager. This in turn improves the quality of opportunities based on the detailed high quality process descriptions passed from Process Discovery.

Before you begin

Ensure you have completed the Process Discovery - CoE Manager integration setting. See Process Discovery - CoE Manager integration setting.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Process Discovery as an analyst.
  2. Navigate to Models > PDDs.
  3. Click the drop-down in the ACTIONS column and select Submit as Opportunity to CoE Manager.
    You are directed to the opportunity intake form page. The opportunity name and email address fields are pre-filled.
  4. Enter rest of the details in the opportunity intake form and click Finish.
    An opportunity is created in CoE Manager. In the Opportunities tab, the Submitted From column now displays Process Discovery indicating that the opportunity is submitted from Process Discovery. The Details tab in the CoE Manager now contains the PDD attachment.
