In CoE Manager, assign the opportunity received from Process Discovery to a developer to create automation.

Before you begin

  • Approve the opportunity and move it from idea to In Progress stage.
  • Ensure you have completed the Control Room setting. See Control Room setting.
  • Ensure you have completed the CoE Manager setting. See CoE Manager setting.

Procedure

  1. Log in to CoE Manageras an administrator.
  2. Navigate to the Opportunity tab.
  3. Click to open the opportunity.
    Note: The opportunity must be submitted from Process Discovery.
  4. Navigate to the Details page.
  5. Edit the Assign Developer field.
  6. Choose a developer from the Developer drop-down field.
  7. Click Save.
    The PDD associated with the opportunity along with the xPDD is imported to the Control Room.
