About this task

Any user who has access to the device where the Bot Agent is installed can add the enable.rdp.log=true key in the nodemanager.properties file.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Bot Agent\config.
  2. Edit the nodemanager.properties file.
  3. Add enable.rdp.log=true key.
  4. Save the file and restart the Bot Agent service.
    A file named WFree_RDP.log is created in C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\BotRunner\Logs to store the RDP logs.
