Automation Anywhere サービスの確認

Automation Anywhere 固有のサービスが Control Room サーバーにインストールされます。

インストールされた Windows サービスの確認

Windows サービス デバイスから次の操作を実行します。

  1. [コントロール パネル] > [管理ツール] > [サービス] の順に選択します。

    [サービス] への固有のパスは、使用する Windows のバージョンによって異なります。

  2. リストをスクロールして、表示されたサービス名を見つけます。[状態] が [実行中] になっている必要があることに注意してください。

Control Room にインストールされているサービス

Automation Anywhere Control Room インストーラーによって次の Windows サービスがインストールされていることを確認します。

Automation Anywhere Bot Compiler サービスBot コンパイル サービスに関するすべての詳細が保存されます。Control Room に対する Bot コンパイル リクエストを受け取り、処理します。
Automation Anywhere Control Room Caching分散キャッシュ ストレージに使用します。
Automation Anywhere Control Room IQ Bot ServiceAutomation 360 IQ Bot に使用します。
Automation Anywhere Control Room MessagingControl Room サービスによる非同期通信を可能にします。
Automation Anywhere Control Room Reverse ProxyAutomation Anywhere 製品に対するすべての受信 HTTP および HTTPS リクエストを受け取り、適切なサービスに転送します。
Automation Anywhere Control Room Robotic Interface Serviceフォームと Bot の間のワークフローを作成および調整するために使用される Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users (Automation Co-Pilot) のサービスです。
Automation Anywhere Control Room ServiceControl Room に対する API リクエストを受け取り、処理します。
Automation Anywhere Elastic Search Service検索機能用にすべてのログおよび関連アクティビティを保存します。

Automation Anywhere Control Room Discovery Bot Service Discovery Bot に使用します。
Automation Anywhere Control Room Discovery Bot ML Service Control Room からの Discovery Bot の起動に使用されます。
注: インストール中に Automation Anywhere Control Room Discovery Bot ML Service が起動しない場合は、Windows Server 12 を Microsoft のパッチで更新する必要があります。詳細については、「Windows での汎用の C ランタイムの更新プログラム」を参照してください。
Automation Anywhere Control Room Storage Service オートメーション プロジェクトを活用するストレージ ソリューションとして使用されます。
  • すべてのサービスは、Control Room をカスタム モードでインストールするときにローカル システム アカウントとドメイン アカウントのいずれかに設定できます。エクスプレス モードでインストールした Control Room では、すべてのサービスがローカル システム アカウントで実行されます。
  • デフォルトとして、Automation Anywhere Control Room サービスは、システムの再起動後に自動的に再起動されます。サービスを再起動するための Windows サービス起動スクリプトは必要ありません。
  • システムの再起動後、Automation Anywhere Control Room サービスが再起動するまで 2 分間待つことをお勧めします。サービスが自動的に開始されない場合は、不正なゲートウェイ エラーが表示されます。手動で任意の順序でサービスを再起動することができます。
  • Automation Workspace プラットフォームを使用するには、Automation Workspace サービスの実行が必須です。ただし、Automation Co-Pilot、Discovery Bot、および IQ Bot サービスの実行は、Automation Workspace プラットフォームではオプションです。
