You can use the object trigger to start the bot when the Select main event takes place on the trigger interface element.

Prerequisites

In Automation Workspace, you added the Trigger loop Handle to your bot.

Procedure

  1. In the Trigger loop Handle, select Object in the Trigger on field.
    A list of options for the object trigger will appear for you to configure.
  2. Specify the window details the Window detail.
    There are three options you can choose.
    • Variable: Select a window variable.
      Note: This is the default option.
    • Application: Select a preset, this can be your Currently active, Desktop, and Taskbar.
    • Browser: Select a browser tab.
  3. Select Capture object to start the capture.
  4. Select an event type.
  5. Click Save to save your configuration.
    You have configured the object trigger for use with the trigger loop handle.
