Install RPA Bots for Excel (on cloud)

Enable RPA Bots for Excel (cloud) directly from your Excel application through Microsoft Get Add-ins or deploy the plug-in through Microsoft 365 admin center to all users in your organization. RPA Bots for Excel (cloud) supports Automation Anywhere Enterprise 11.3.2.x or later and Automation 360 on a dedicated server or a cloud service provider server instance.

Enable RPA Bots for Excel from your Excel application as an end-user or deploy the plug-in centrally to all users in your organization through Microsoft 365 admin center.

Procedure

  1. As an end-user, enable RPA Bots for Excel from your Excel application through Microsoft Office Get Add-ins:
    1. From Microsoft Excel, go to Insert > Get Add-ins > Store.
      The Store is the Microsoft AppSource.
    2. Find Automation Anywhere: RPA Bots for Microsoft Excel, by using the Search bar. Automation Anywhere: RPA Bots for Microsoft Excel
    3. Select Automation Anywhere: RPA Bots for Microsoft Excel.
    4. Click Add.
    5. Click Continue to accept the license terms and privacy policy.
    6. RPA Bots for Excel plug-in is added to the Excel toolbar.
  2. To deploy to all users in your organization, enable RPA Bots for Excel from the Microsoft 365 admin center. Deploy add-ins in the admin center (Microsoft installation instructions)
